However we can arrange a guaranteed rent service for £99 but it would come with a minimum of 3 year contract.

*No deposit option will result in slightly higher monthly rental and as with all of our rental agreements you must pay at the start of each calendar month.
** All you need to provide is a photo id or birth certificate, national insurance card and a current letter with your full name printed upon it or bank statement. You also need a UK Bank account.
Other Agent fees
An example of other estate or letting agent fees are normally around the 15% to 30% mark for a fully managed service which is good but not as low as our fees. When it comes to rent collection services they usually charge 10% to 15% and again we can beat that.
