THIS IS DUE TO THE WAY THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT HAS RUN THE HOUSING MARKET INTO THE GROUND WHICH IS CAUSING ALL LANDLORDS TO SELL THEIR PROPERTIES AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. THERE IS A HOUSING SHORTAGE CRISIS AND WE DO NOT EXPECT TO SEE RENTALS UNTIL THE YEAR 2030 BY WHICH THE 15 MINUTE CITY MANDATE WILL BE IN FULL EFFECT.
