All of our Garages to Let are subject to a minimum six month contract and will require one month rent and one month rent equivalent deposit to move in. Once a copy of a photo id has been sent to us along with the funds, A key code to the key safe on a selected garage will be made available to you. We do not attend viewings but if there are any problems you can call us to send one of our maintenance team out to you within 48 hours.

Garage Rental Terms for Tenants
Our Garages to let may not be used for hazardous waste or any other type of waste services. They are not to be used as a residence. All rent must be paid at the start of each calender month. The garages must be left in the same condition as at the start of the rental agreement. The tenant is responsible for their own insurance for the contents inside and we are not liable for any damages to tenants possessions. There is not to be any anti social behaviour in or around the area of the garages. Although mechanic work and hobbies is permitted, If complaints of noise are made to us we will first inform the tenant and then contemplate a breach of contract which will incur a deposit loss.. Any problems with the structure will be rectified within 30 days but we aim to get to it within 48 hours.

We can manage it for you, We will clean it up, Fit a key safe, Find a tenant and fix any issues with the structure or frontage for free. We only charge 50% of the monthly rental with a minimum of 12 month contract. We operate nationwide and have an in house maintenance team on call just in case
