In January of 2024, we provided Viewings at Ascupart House in Portswood of Southampton as a ‘tenant find’ only service for the landlord to obtain a new tenant for their property. We had an overwhelming number of applicants due to the housing shortage in the UK and the cost of living crisis. We would have loved to provide accommodation to all the families who applied but unfortunately, this is unrealistic and only one family could take it.
The property itself comprised of 2-bed rooms with small balconies, a toilet and shower, and a kitchen with gas cooker and hob. the property had a communal garden and first come first serve parking. The Oven was professionally cleaned and the floors were solid wood. We made sure that the viewings at Ascupart House were on point and all questions had been answered.
This particular property had a great view of the garden area and amazing parking options for how close it is to the city center. The energy rating is very good for the type of property it is and with a friendly neighborhood, We hope the new tenants enjoy their stay. Most applicants asked about heating and warmth, parking and the garden and the answers are as follows, the heating is quite a good rating but naturally, if you fit carpets then it’s going to be warmer. the parking is on a first-served basis but there is adequate parking nearby on the roadside. the garden is a shared communal garden but mostly empty all of the time.
